Job Description: As a Technical Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes and strategies within the company. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including clients, design teams, and contractors, to ensure the successful integration of BIM methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement BIM protocols, standards, and workflows in collaboration with project teams.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on BIM-related matters to internal and external stakeholders.
Lead and coordinate the BIM coordination process, including clash detection, model coordination, and collaboration.
Facilitate BIM training and awareness programs for employees to enhance their BIM skills and knowledge.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies, software, and trends, and recommend innovative solutions to improve project efficiency.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Technical Manager with a focus on Building Information Modelling (BIM) within the utilities or civils sector.
Strong knowledge of BIM processes, methodologies, and software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
Familiarity with industry standards, such as PAS 1192, ISO 19650, and COBie.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
Strong leadership abilities and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management) is preferred.
