Andrew joined Keyman in 2015 as Finance Director. As of October 2022, Andrew has been promoted to group Finance Director to overlook the KTS Group’s financial infrastructure. Andrew is an asset to Keyman with his experience and knowledge.

Tony joined Keyman in 2001 as a Resourcer then quickly progressed to Consultant within 6 months. In 2004 Tony became Senior Consultant then promoted to Business Manager in 2011. Tony’s expertise in recruiting for Site and Setting Out Engineers is second to none and he has become one of the most respected suppliers in the market.

Kevin joined Keyman in 2011 having worked previously within industrial and construction recruitment. Kevin has a deep understanding of our industry, Keyman’s culture and drive, and has a key role as our Talent Manager sourcing staff at all levels for Keyman to be able to continuously exceed client and candidate expectations.

Stacey Davis

Stacey has been with Keyman for 12 years having joined us in 2010 as a Resourcer moving to Sales Support in 2011, Stacey was recently promoted to Senior Sales Support Manager as a reflection of her loyalty and commitment and is responsible for managing our administration and compliance Stacey is also our Rail Sentinel Co-Ordinator liaising with candidates to manage PTS certification.
